Tourient is an online platform to help small organizations create self-guided tours. We can scale from one mobile experience to many.

Purpose driven, not profit driven.

The work we do is meaningful, but we don't worship it.

Unlike your other options, we're not a multi-national conglomerate providing mediocre software at obscene prices.

Instead, we're an employee-owned company that's focused on making museums and other organizations more inclusive and less exploitative.

We give back 3.25%.

  • We Pledge 1% of our time and products to support non-profit organizations in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and other states in which we operate.

  • Our payment processor, Stripe, takes 0.5% off the top of every subscription to invest in companies that are actively removing carbon already in the atmosphere.

  • We contribute 1.75% of revenue toward funding paid internship programs at small museums. This is an effort to shift the industry from a reliance on unpaid labor to one that pays workers equitably, recognizing that all work is important and worthy of a thriving wage.

We're refreshingly straightforward. No secret pricing. No pushy salespeople paired with presentations that put you to sleep. We build tour guide software that works well for staff and visitors, at an approachable price point.

Built by humans, for humans.

At least five humans thought about how Tourient looks and works, and we've spent years building and improving it.

Our customer support is human-based. No chatbots or AI phone answering services.

We include select automated tools with the platform, but if you're expecting an LLM to build your tour for you, go somewhere else. We're big fans of human translations and voice actors, and highly recommend using them whenever you can.
