Change a domain
Submit a request to change your domain name via email to your account manager
They'll create a ticket and get started on the process. Your site will go offline temporarily during the domain change, which can take anywhere from 2 hrs to 1 business day.
You'll receive an email when it is complete, with updated site links, CMS links, and other information.
Use a custom domain
You can use your own subdomain or domain with Tourient by creating DNS records and pointing them to your Tourient server.
Create a subdomain (like tours.yourwebsite.com) wherever your domain is registered. Steps for this process vary by registrar or hosting company.
Create two A records, and point each to your Tourient server IP address. You can find this IP address in the Settings menu, in the Custom Domain section.
www.yoursubdomain.yourdomain.TLD
yoursubdomain.yourdomain.TLD
Contact your account manager to let us know you'd like to use your own domain, and we'll link it to your site.
