It is important to keep your media files organized in folders, and to name your files with a logical and cohesive naming convention. Files that are organized and well-named load faster, are easier to locate, and help to make your site more accessible. Some tips for keeping your files organized:Create a folder for each tour. Store images, pdfs, and other files for that tour in the folder.Establish logical naming conventions for your files, rather than having tens or hundreds of files named screenshot followed by a series of numbers. Future you will be thankful. Moving a File Files and folders can be moved to improve organization. Locate the file in the Media browser by searching for it in the search box at the top of the page, or navigating through your folders until you find the file.Click on it to open the image options dialog. Alternatively, click the three horizontal dots (...) to the right of a file or folder, then click Move in the context menu that appears.Click Move.In the dialog that appears, choose which folder you want to move the selected file or folder into.Then, click Move Asset. Add ALT Text and Captions ALT text, or alternative text, provides a text-based description of images for visitors who cannot see them. Captions provide context for the images to sighted and non-sighted visitors. To add ALT text and captions, follow these steps.From a Tour pageIn the page, locate the image file where you want to add ALT text or captions. Click on it. An image options dialog appears.On the right side of the dialog are three fields: ALT Text, Caption, and Credit. Enter your information in those fields, then click Save.If your organization as LLM tools enabled, you may see a three dots button at the top-right of the ALT text field. Click that, then click Generate ALT Text to analyze the image and create alt text from its contents. Generate ALT text in bulk From the Media listingYou can also generate alt text in bulk from the media listing. In Media, first switch to List View. List View limits you to a maximum of 250 images per page, so you can generate alt text for up to 250 at a time.Because the media listing contains folders, we'll need to search for images by their file extension. Search for an image extension (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp), and then click the Select All checkbox at the top left of the listing.In the toolbar actions that appear, click Generate Alt Text. A modal appears. Click Run action.The generation will be queued, and it will skip images that already have ALT text. A message may appear when it is complete.Repeat steps 3 to 5 for other images until all have ALT text. You can verify all images have alt text by clicking on Analytics, and scrolling to the WCAG Compliance section. Renaming a File Access your Media from the top navigation.Locate the file you want to rename by searching for it in the search box at the top of the page, or navigating through your folders until you find the file.Click on it. An image options dialog appears. Alternatively, click the three horizontal dots (...) to the right of the file, then click Rename.Enter a new name for the file, then click Rename Asset.
