Tours Listing

Below the top navigation you'll see Tours, which shows all of your tours and tour stops. There are two ways of viewing these: tree view and list view. To switch between them, use the two buttons shown here.

Screenshot of tree view and list view buttons

Tree view

Tree View presents the tour stops (children) nested within their parent tour. The order of tours and tour stops is set in tree view, so it's most useful for general editing or to rearrange stops via drag and drop.

How to Rearrange Stops or Tours in Tree View

  1. Locate the tour or tour stop you want to move somewhere else. If a tour, this is easiest if you first click Collapse All at the top right.

  2. Click and hold the drag-and-drop grab handle of the stop or tour you want to move, and drag it to the spot you want it to be, then let go.

  3. Click Save Changes at the top right (just to the left of the big blue button) to save your changes. To discard your changes, click Discard Changes (in the top middle, next to the site selector).

How to Delete Stops or Tours in Tree View

  1. Locate the tour or stop you want to delete.

  2. Click the three dots to the right side of the list item, then click Delete.

  3. A confirmation modal appears. Click Delete again.

  4. You may need to click Save Changes at the top right to save your changes.

List view

List view, on the other hand, presents the tours and tour stops in one continuous list, which can be filtered by Site / Language, Published status, Parent Tour, or other options. List view is most helpful when dealing with hundreds to thousands of stops and/or tours, or if you need to quickly duplicate a tour.

How to Delete Stops or Tours in List View

  1. Locate the stop you want to delete by scrolling to it or searching for its name in the search box

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of the list item, then click Delete

  3. A confirmation modal appears. Click Delete again.

  4. You may need to click Save Changes at the top right to save your changes.

Sorting in List View

Note: Sorting does not change the order of tours or tour stops. Rearranging the order only happens in Tree View.

To sort on a field, hover over the table heading. Click it once to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.

Customize the columns shown in list view

  1. At the top right, click on Customize Columns button (just to the right of a small reset and save button). A modal appears.

  2. On the left side of the modal are available columns, and on the right side are currently showing columns. Check the boxes on the left side to add them those currently shown. Uncheck the boxes to hide them.

  3. To rearrange columns, click and hold the drag handle and drop it where you want it.

  4. Click Save to save your changes.
